They do not take responsibility for autos coming off the track and allowing cars behind that auto to be damaged when the track continues causing a wreck such as my brand new car that now needs to have a new grill and is an eye sore. After being a loyal customer and even having an unlimited wash membership,.. Loyalty, customer service, and doing the ethical right thing, is non existent! I would strongly advise going else where, where those are a huge factor. shame on you Mister Car Wash!!!
since the car wash when corporate the customer service has plummeted. The prior owners always had an Express drive-through for regular customers with monthly passes. when the corporation took over that service all went away and it's all about money. now, you have to wait to even get in the car wash and wait for the vacuums it's all about making the money and the customer service is extremely poor
Sorry but I do not feel I’d recommend this location. Came in today and bought the unlimited plan but the vacuum hardly had any suction. We even moved spots thinking it was just where we parked but nope. The location on olive dr had great powerful vacuums. So we will go to that location next time.
