So excited I paid $15 for soap, water, and a poor excuse of a spot-free rinse. Apparently I missed the memo that instead of doing a horrible job of drying vehicles you’ve nixed the service all together unless I want to pay $55 at another location. Congratulations Mister Car Wash in your endless quest to reduce overhead you’ve successfully alienated your entire customer base! Next time I’m in a pinch I’ll wash my truck with the hose in my front yard or drive through a puddle #negative10stars
I'm very disappointed that you stop wiping down vehicles. whatever you called it as an upgrade to this system does not work. my pickup is always full of spots. guess it's time to find an alternative

THEY LEAVE MY VEH. WITH SPOTS ALL OVER AND THEY DONT GET ALL THE BUGS OFF THE FRONT. i HAVE TO GO HOME AND GO OVER THE WHOLE VEH. AGAIN.
This place has gone down hill with the new ownership.. they over charge and don’t do half the stuff they used too. They didn’t spray my car before or dry it after. You pay $15 for a car wash that you could have got down the road for half that price.

No the service I thought I paid for isn’t available they don’t wipe the water off your car! $12.00 wash and didn’t even remove the bugs off the front bumper!
