Pulled up in my work truck after pre cleaning out the bed of the truck. I was told they don't wash work trucks. I haven't had any issues at any of their other locations or any of their competitors. The Hiram, GA location thinks they are special apparently. LolLast time I checked they are not the only carwash, just the one with the worst customer service. Their reviews say it all.
Mister car wash damaged my New Tundra. After requesting the employees always remove my intina, which they didn't, The air dryer blower at the end flips my rear view mirror, which was no damage to that, but it broke my intina off, and left scratches down the side of my vehicle fender. the company refuses to compensate for the repair of the damages. they say that they have a disclaimer somewhere on the wall. well I say if you damage a person's property, you should be responsi… See more

I have a membership here and they are amazing I could vacuum out my car and get it cleaned every day
Great fast service , great attention to detail . We have an unlimited plan and it helps us remember to get the car washed more frequently. Especially during pollen season more washed less pollen build up. Everyone is helpful and friendly !
Don’t waste your money . My car has scratches and is still dirty . The vacuums didn’t work .

FYI , the Mister Carwash that bought out Autobuffs in Hiram is HORRIBLE. You used to get towels and window cleaner with a wash. Now it is just vacuum and wash. I asked where the towels were and they said they sell them for a $1. No more. I had to go over many parts of the car to get dirt off when I got home. What a rip off. Never again will we go there.
