I have used Mister for a while and on a recent visit my windshield came out of the wash with a crack. A claim was immediatly placed by the manager on duty - Ben Vance. He said they will review the video footage to see when the windshield cracked. I received a phone call the following day. I called back and went in to see the video. There is only one camera that shows the car exiting the carwash and the resolution is not high enough to see damage.
