In May, someone caused an accident and my car was damaged. Still waiting for my $500.00 deductible. A few weeks ago, I got stopped in the conveyor for a few scary seconds and had a flashback of the accident. Today— The equipment broke off my hood ornament and I had to file a report—Sheesh!
This business discriminates against people that have American currency. They do not except the US dollar.
RecommendedBig improvement today. More brushes and got the back of SUV cleaner! Will return now. Waiting for the 10 wash deal that Cruz Thru offered. They do need to get the light at the exit synced. Too slow turning prior car green to red, and green for me.
They do not take responsibility for autos coming off the track and allowing cars behind that auto to be damaged when the track continues causing a wreck such as my brand new car that now needs to have a new grill and is an eye sore. After being a loyal customer and even having an unlimited wash membership,.. Loyalty, customer service, and doing the ethical right thing, is non existent! I would strongly advise going else where, where those are a huge factor. shame on you Mister Car Wash!!!
I’ve given them so many chances and most of the time need to go in twice and my back of the car is never cleaned . No soap or any water.
Disappointing experience when business is changing hands is common, so I gave them a full month before posting my Review. Disappointed more each time I went, services ket dwindling! -No greeting when in “preferred customer” lane, no windshield spray at card reader, from two brush people at entry to now none, brushes changed, dryers dont dry and final visit.... the vacuums dont suck (with only 2 other people them).
