The wash damaged one of my rear view cameras (was operational on the way to the carwash, and non-functional and visibly damaged after leaving). They unilaterally decided that "This has never happened here before, so it is impossible for the wash to have done this damage." and refused to cover any damages. I signed up yesterday to get coupons and discounts via email. On my way home, I stopped at Misters for a quick wash. I was told my coupon was not valid and the sales clerk was not friendly. I had to use the wash twice and there is still bird poop on my drivers window. When I turned back in, the sales clerk was rude and told me “oh that’s not bad”. If I’m going to pay $18 for a car wash, I expect to at least have clean windows. I wouldn’t recommend going to Mister.

If someone pays for waxing, wax the car. When they pay to clean the car, have it come out clean and dry. Remove water spots. Fix broken spinner so it doesn't scratch up the right side of car.Obviously one of the spinners that "clean" the car is not working right. I'll never go back. This used to be a good car wash. Then they automated, fired all the workers and now are busy destroying cars. So sad.
First of all, give us a route for complaints. No one answers the phone, and I don't see any email contact info. here. When I went in today, one of the people who does the initial vacuuming was extremely rude and the other one threw out items I NEED, apparently deciding they were trash--not his call!!! My van is extremely clean--whatever is on the floor is there b/c I WANT it. I now have to make an additional 60 mile round trip b/c this guy thought what I needed was trash.… See more

RecommendedWow! Fantastic price and they spent a significant amount of time cleaning out the inside of our toddler-trashed car. The staff was so kind to my boys, even drawing a picture in chalk on our windows! The restroom was very clean and staff was all smiles. Thanks for making my day a little easier
