Took my truck there today. Paid $34.00, my windows are not clean, the floor in the back and the back seats did not get vacuumed. My tires and wheels are not even clean. I asked them at the end to clean my windows and tires but instead the head guy yelled at the man helping me to speed it up and he left. Horrible.
Horrible. My husband too my car and thought the lady explained a good thorough cleaning for $35 it looked decent on outside but inside was horrible. No vacuuming and everything was still in cup holders. .. do not recommend will not go back!

Okay they did leave trash in my car ugh car wash inside and out!!!!
Paid for a platinum wash, they didn't vacuum or blow the front cup holders out or "lightly dust" them as I was told the wheels are still wet cause they wipe them with a wet cloth and a water stain on my seat
paid for the Red Carpet Detail 120 bucks. took and hour and half. Had to ask if my car was ready, then i get the scarstic manager "Alberto" that was really rude and when i started pointing out all the descrepencies... he got smart with me and told the workers NOT to finish it. Wrong thing to do. I stormed for the manager and complained and told them how worthless they are. LOUSY customer service and demanded a refund. Dont take your car there, and cancel your monthly subscription because they dont care if they do a good job.... read more
