I pay for the highest package for car wash monthly. Today I got my car washed and it was absolutely horrible the worst car wash I’ve ever gotten in my life. They didn’t clean the tires they barely vacuumed the windows are still spotted I don’t pay more than $50 a month for this I am really pissed off.
By doing right. You have been charging me every month after the store was closed and again 2 days ago after promising i would not be charged until July 1, 2020. I am appalled. I trusted you all and you just keep charging customers. For over 1 month i was not using you AND YOU KEPT CHARGING ME. How dare you. I was so happy with customer service a few days ago, doing right by the customers and WOW just got more money taken out of my account. Bravo for cheating your customers.

$165 for a detail and you couldn’t even clean the drink console??? Ya know time and time again you guys disappoint. And a dirty windshield??? Wow!!
paid $35 ultimate wash! everything was supposed to get wiped down. Mirrors weren't wipe, door panel not wiped, dash wasn't wiped down....

Disappointed at $15 you guys don’t wipe the inside.on top of that if you guys don’t re dues.my car wasn’t vacuumed properly.took them less then 30 seconds to clean my windows.

AWESOME! I strongly recommend the wash club. The platinum version pays for itself after a couple washes and a vacuum.
