I tend to come here here twice a month for the full service car wash for $35. The majority of the time my car looks amazing but the last 3-4 times for $40+ including tip I am seriously considering not coming back. Vacuum was decent and dash was good but really no spray or wipe on the doors or console?! I am capable of a dry cloth "light dusting" so I guess I will save myself the $. It's too bad, I raved about this place initially. I did ask them to fix it once I saw and a 1/2 ass effort was made but they seemed annoyed.

Today was not my best experience here. I paid extra to have my rubber mats washed, when they brought me out to the car I noticed it right away and told them "um I paid for the mats to be done.." he looked at me and said " oh they aren't done?" Um if they were clean they wouldn't have salt and mud on them would they?? They cleaned them, but I still needed to borrow rags to clean the rails and floorboards inside the door jamb, they hadn't been wiped down.
