We paid for the most expensive interior/exterior package available. When they said our vehicle was ready the tires were still brown from dirt/dust, the bumper wasn’t wiped down, the interior looked as though it hadn’t been touched. After paying $35 I got to completely clean it myself when I got home. They have 1 out of 5 stars for a reason!!!
I got their $36 “Platinum Wash” today. Apparently that doesn’t include completely drying the car, wiping down my Weathertech floor mats, wiping the dust off the running boards, or getting all the dirt and spots off the edges of the windows. The interior wipe down was also pretty half assed. I could of stood there for another 10 minutes and directed them to each thing they missed, but for the price I think I’ll just take my business elsewhere from now on.
