This place sucks now!!! They’re not even cleaning windows and won’t even lent you a Toal to clean them out selfs I’m definitely canceling my membership Right now!

I wouldn’t waste my time or money here. A $20 platinum wash will have you leaving with half a clean car. If you do go...don’t be afraid to check their work cause they sure could care less.
Prior to the changes I could drive in, pay, and all would be handled from beginning to end. Now I have to sit in my vehicle while an automated conveyor takes my vehicle through the wash....very unnerving for someone that absolutely hates closed spaces. I paid cash and didn’t need a receipt (I was asked if I wanted one)....but...IF YOU WANT A VACUUM YOU NEED THE RECEIPT!! I paid for it, and was then questioned about my lack of receipt. Really bad experience pay 33 dollars and car was still dirty. They were supposed to clean the inside and did not do it. I had to ask them to wash the car again because the first time they left lots of dirt and grime. I would not recommend it and not spend your money on such a place.
They don’t cleAn the inside or outside good! Go to the Osborne mister car wash they do a great job!!
Worst place ever i had to dry my own car and this dude saw me and told me i don’t recommend you to use that because it has wax and just gave me another thing to dry my windows instead of doing it himself because thats his job not mine.
Never returning again. Paid for full service 1. Left the exterior still dirty. There are streaks of dirty black water on the trunk and sides still. Waited for over an hour while my car was parked on the side after it was finished for 20 minutes. They called the wrong vehicle! Kept calling for a Mercedes when it’s clearly NOT. Don’t you have claim numbers so this doesn’t happen? Ugh. Bring your business to Daddy-O’s instead!
Bought a full detail and the outside was fine but the inside was horrible. It looks like they just got a dry rag and went over everything and that was it. Thnx for the half ass job, won’t be coming there again.
