This is the only place I get my oil changed. Even tho I don't live close to here anymore, it's worth the extra drive. I have never had a bad experience.
First time for the full service wash at this location. They were busy but didn't they did not pay that close attention to detail area around the Honda emblem of my pilot it was still dirty. They also wiped my nav screen with whatever they cleaned the dash with and I had to wipe it off as it was all smudged. I like the location on Burnet Road much better, it's smaller but much better attention to detail.
I have the membership but will be canceling it. Customer service is horrible, employees dont care ,ever time i take my truck in to get washed i have to talk to a manager cause something isnt right they have to correct it for $50 a month my truck should be clean and i shouldn't have to point out stuff just seems like they dont care.
