I’ve been taking my vehicle to Mr. Carwash for years now. I have their $59.99 month membership for my Lexus GS 350 and they scratch my vehicle very bad, I brought it up to their attention and they said they would look at the videos to determine if the damage was there from before. I came back 4 days later because they never called me back, I spoke to “the manager” and he said that the videos were “inconclusive” so they wouldn’t pay to fix it. I have been a Platinum Unlimited member for years. I arrived at 2 pm today, waited 10 minutes and was told that it will take at least 45 minutes because they are understaffed. There was 1car ahead of me. The person even suggested I lower my membership and clean the interior myself. each time I've been here in the last 4 months the service has been slow. I really want the service I pay for each month please. Service has never been like this before.
they did a AMAGING JOB on my SUV. The Girl that checked me in was great with customers. Eve though there was a line , she took one car at a time and made us feel like we was her only Customer. I got her employee # So that I good tell the company what a Amazing Employee she is.
Try a little harder to keep your customers
Had a lot of work done on my 2012 Nissan Maxima this morning - Synthetic oil change, tire rotation, transmission service and fuel system cleaning. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Very reasonable prices and The General Manager, Justin Steed, and the Customer Service Advisor, Philip Smith, were both very friendly and helpful. They even installed the cabin filter I had brought with me at a very nominal cost, which very few other places would have done. I highly recommend Mister Oil Change Express - Ravi
Bad enough i have to go back over my truck to get all the spots you missed and then find dioor ding at the bottom of my 2WEEK OLD TRUCK rear door where your inept vaccuumer hit it. Didn't even have enough professionalism to tell me. We have 3 cars and will NEVER come back!
