Manager is RUDE!!!! DOES NOT fix any issues with Members, as far as bad car washes. Not coming back for sure!!!!
Wouldn't wash my pickup until 5 Dr. Pepper cans and cooler in the bed were removed. Cooler full and tied in.
Very professional, they took the time to hand scrub the bugs off the front of my car something no other car was has done before. I will be a perminant customer as long as I live in Lubbock

This place is absolutely amazing the only location I will go to is Quaker. They always clean my car the RIGHT way
Yall charge $8 dollars which is fine but yalls vacuums blow!!!!!!! They barely suction at all!!!! Quick car wash for me next time!
This is the second time I've have a bad experience with Mister hot shine detail services. Each time I came to pick up my truck the fenders are still dirty. Never been touch! The inside looks ok but the front window wasn't touched. All around the truck there is still dirt! I just want the services I paid for to be done and done right! With out having to come up here and point them out to someone and wait! Is that to much to ask for?
Tried to wash my car and was told they couldn't wash it because i had a little bit of mud on it but if i could go hand wash the dirt and mud off it thru would gladly wash my car. Isn't that the point of a car wash
