This past Saturday Aug 15th , I recently visited your location at 7000 Quaker Avenue. I paid for a 12.00 dollar wash on my 2015 RAM. I also noticed a area of Cameras prior to entering your wash area. I know my truck did not have the scratches on the right side until after going through your location. Please do not use this place! I have held a membership with this company for over a year. Saturday I went through for a carwash. I noticed scratches that look to be in the motion of the brushes in the carwash on my hood and roof of my Tahoe. Contacted the company, received a phone call today asking for pictures. When I sent them in I was told there is no way anything in this carwash could have caused such deep scratches as I had in the pictures and no other complaints of scratches had been received. Went through 2 times and they still didn’t get it clean. Bad deal. Still have bugs on everything!!!! What a waste of time and money.
I paid for a month unlimited washes ,did not know it was going to renew the next month and keep going.I went last month told them to stop taking money because I was never told it was forever when U first sign up. He say it wouldn't take it out again. Wrong they took it out this month,going back tomorrow. Never should anyone join this. So upset

This is the second time I’ve gone to mister car wash and both times were horrible experiences. My car still has dirty spots on it in places that are easily accessible. I paid for a basic car wash the first time and the second time I got ex2 for $11. Both times I regret going. I’ve been to other car washes and my 4Runner is easily cleaned. In addition, I moved spots twice just to get the vacuums to work. Well pleased to take my car there since I’m a member and there are several locations. Highly recommend it.
I had a little mud on my truck from the weather and they turned me away. Mighty wash took me right in. Won’t be back ever!!
