Today 4-15 about 2:40ish was in the car wash when the car in front of me skipped the tracks some how is what they told me after reviewing the video footage. Although it was minor damage they just let the other car drive away and said that in theses situations they allow the two drivers to exchange information. They offer to do an incident report but in no way assured me that they would fix it. Completely disappointed in the staff for not doing their job and the way they put cars bumper to bumper is not a safe practice!!
It would be cool if I could sign up for monthly membership without an auto renewal. $20.00/month isn't a big deal, but it shouldn't be auto renewal. I should be asked if I want to renew for the next month when my membership expires and I go through the car wash.
Car is clean I think. Paid $18 for the best wash. Was in and out of there in less then 4 minutes. No way I got the car wash I paid for. Plus the dry off the guys gave my windows was a half job at best. Used to feel like they cared about customers but no more. Same quality as quack quack or the tube car wash but the last two aren’t as expensive. Now I understand why they push the “memberships” so much.
This Indiana and 82nd st. location's employees stack customers bumper to bumper risking fender benders. Who trains these people?!?
Went to carwash today. I happened to look up and there was a man looking at me. He wanted to repair a chip in my windshield. I told him I was not interested. As I was leaving this same guy came to my car and tried to give me a sticky note with "his name and number" I told him I didn't want it. He stated at me and with attitude said have a good day. Worst car wash ever After washing my truck today , half of the truck was GREASY , when I informed them , they said they have leak on their hydrolic , and ask me to run the truck in tunnel again, which made it even worse , but it was interesting that they still let other cars go thru Carwash knowing their machine is broken and kids working there are absolutely careless , save your car and money and find another car wash
$15 car wash....1/2 way through a cinnamon scent comes through the vents. No warning. Now 3 of the 4 of us have a headache. Won't be able to use this place if all washes have this.
