The friendliness of the staff
We are frustrated and furious!!!!! We cancelled our Mister Carwash monthly membership at the end of February. Since then they have charged us EVERY MONTH!!!! We have called AND emailed them repeated, yet, they continue to charge us EVERY MONTH. Additionally, they are impossible to contact!!! Their phone process is maddening!!!! Their representatives are ill informed and incompetent!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! They are not reputable or honorable!!!!!!! 😤🤬😥
If they damage your car you’re out of luck they expect you to pay for your own damages that is caused by their car wash
Went to get a car wash late Friday Dec 14th. At the suggestion of the attendant i upgraded to a higher carwash than i wanted. Didn't get home till late to notice my car did not look washed. Stopped by the very next day to get it rewashed and was told they dont do rain checks thats why they have the unlimited packages. And they cant tell if i went thru puddles before i went back....Well i definitely will not be going back.
Was literally just there and this is my favorite car wash. I will drive across town to come here and I always do the $18 wash, tires, and hand dry. Unfortunately today I was extremely displeased. During the hand dry and tire service it was a half done job, and the kid working on my tires left half way through the process because some young kid rolled his window down and was waving cash at him. Boo! Go else where your hard earned money is appreciated. It is not appreciated at any of these locations. No rains checks or attention to detail. Will never go back.
Went today and came out with scratches along both sides of truck.
