Very disappointed, been a customer ever since they opened the "cruze thru" and I have 4 vehicles with the $30 memberships and they claim its previously damaged prior to going in the tunnel. It definitely wasnt missing the fog lamp bezel and the bumper wasnt popped off and the plastic wheel liner was not broken off the bumper. Cruzthru was great. Mister sucks! No more hand wash at the beginning and it doesn’t clean that great. And every time there’s a brush or roller that doesn’t work. Costco’s Car wash does a better job.
I went through the car wash and they put me too close to the truck in front of me. It did almost $3,000 worth of damage to my car. I was promised my car would be fixed and I would also receive a rental car. I did not receive any messages from anyone for weeks. I called and left a message for the manager twice and drove up there as well to speak to him. No return call. Called corporate this morning they assured me the body shop would get me a rental car. Cracked my girl friends windshield and now they don’t want to pay for it!
Went through this car wash and the first roller came down and cracked my windshield then proceeded to push and shattered my whole windshield. I went inside and reported it but they refused to replace my windshield. Be careful.
