I just spent 30 plus dollars on a car wash and there is still bird crap on the hood and dirt on the bottom

Every time & I do mean every time I come to get a car wash there’s a problem, from not taking cash , to somehow taking $20. out of my account twice a month and calling it a “membership “ . All in all I’ve stopped visiting this establishment & don’t plan to ever waste a dime of my money here again !.
Loved going there and can even go to Palmdale.
Paid for the $14 car wash and came out and the entire back of the car and part of the side was still dirty. The rollers pushed our car through so fast it didn’t have time to clean the car properly.

Today I had quite the experience at Mister Car Wash in Lancaster. As I went to vacuum out my car, the hose accidentally caught onto the lanyard of my key. It unfortunately vacuumed up part of my key . I spoke to the customer reps that were there at the time and it became a tricky situation because they had to turn off the vacuums, to search the manifolds for part of my key .
