Awful, don't waste your money. Paid $ 23.00 and after having it washed, was expecting they would dry and vacuum. Knocked on the office door and was informed that the Sanford location is wash only. Was informed, " $ 23.00 is for the Chemicals and self service vacuum area "
They cancelled my service without telling me, no notification whatsoever, for a chargeback last year, because they charged me twice and took forever to refund me. I had been a paying customer for more than 3 years. Never again, terrible customer service, will complain on all platforms
Worst service ever, no sense of customer service. They don't care if they keep customers.
