There is a lot of competition with regard to car washes in Lubbock. They are basically all the same.
I will never come to this location again. The Quaker location by far is more superior. My car looks rough
I was not impressed with the service, I used to come like 2 years ago and service was wonderful, but now they don't spray the bug off spray and they don't do the tire shine and don't tell you. .so..you still pay $14 for the service, and vacuums don't suck...suck the dirt or dry grass up, that is!!! I'll stick to Racer car wash...off University. ..I just happened to be in the Indiana Ave area... I didn't want to give a star, but can't submit unless I do..ugh!
We go here quite a bit! Usually have a good experience. Just left there. The smart alec employee at the register tried to upsale my husbands wash to the higher one. I get it, it's his job. When my husband declined he said well you know you can't get a raincheck on the $7 wash. My husband said, "really? I always have before?" He told him that others were not following the rules it was only on the higher washes. So my husband asks for his receipt and the guy says, "what are ya gonna do try to use it if it rains?
