My both tires sliced. No one answered or call back
I tried to pay cash ($20.00) to wash my vehicle. Of course they wouldn’t take cash so I had to put it on a credit card. I then went to vacuum it out and all the vacuums had been removed. I know the corona virus is the reason, but if people aren’t smart enough to wear gloves then wash your hands!!! The gas pumps in Lubbock are all still working. Why take out vacuum hoses? I’ll never wash my car at Mister car wash again.
Absolutely NOT! The worker broke my antenna off, which is a short one that I’ve never taken off through a wash. She used a wrench and snapped it off. After their investigation and looking at pictures, they said they weren’t responsible for it or replacing it because there was rust on it before we came onto their property. What has happened to good customer service and the customer is always right???? I take my new Yukon through the car wash at Mister Car Wash TX on 82nd and Indiana. I now have scratches all over my hood!!! The manager, Yancey Edmunds, tells me it is not from his car wash and he is denying my claim!!!!! So I cancel my membership there!!!! Just no common curtesy anymore!!
Apparently they only offer a "rain" check if u buy the $18 wash. I went to the Mister Car Wash on 83rd and Indiana and was stuck in the middle of the wash. I was told to drive out and they refunded my money back on to my card, but my car was full of soap that was drying up on my car, so I went to another Mister Car Wash and paid again to wash my car. Well, it rained today and now my car is all spotted up. The least they could do is wash my car again after all the trouble I went through.
REMINDER: Texas and U.S. flags should be displayed at half-staff through sunset on Thursday, August 10, 2017, in honor and memory of former Governor Mark White. Flags should return to full-staff the following day on Friday.
Shout out to Ryan over on 83rd and Indiana. Young man was on his game today. Only employee to wave and acknowledge me coming through the tunnel. Also stopped by to touch up mine and a few other vehicles at the vacuums to catch the spots the production crew was unable to get. Just wanted to drop in and compliment one of the many hard workers y'all have over at TX298!
