I’ve tried to vouch for this place for year but after the experiences I just went through.. The worse customer service ever. Managers doesn’t know how to manage. Don’t know their hours. Been coming here for over 10 years and the past two days I’ve had the worse customer service experience ever. Signs shows that they are close at 6 but wouldn’t accept any customers at 5:30. Took my car to get washed on Saturday. They were so packed, that the car that was behind me in the wash was pushed into my car because no one was paying attention. An insurance claim was filed under an EXPIRED insurance policy. Upon contacting the manager, he told me he would be in contact with me in a few days...A FEW DAYS?!?! It does not take a few days to call and figure you’re insurance information out and give me the correct information with an actual policy number. I’ve been going to Mr Clean in Frisco since week 1. It WAS THE BEST place for oil changes & car washes in town. They have obviously changed ownership or management because it pretty much sucks across the board now. They state the oil change is $74. But they upcharge if 1/4 quart more. They charged me $15 more without notifying me. Then the debacle of going for your “free car wash” turned out to cost me $12. Then they called for a “white BMW”.
