My tire was damaged there and I was promised a call back..It's been 48 hrs and no call. A manager should not wait this long to make a follow-up call to a customer who has been with the company over 2 years. Shame Shame
When I pulled up here about 45 minutes ago I was told the chains were broken but they. would be fixed in five minutes. So after being assured it would only beat five minutes, 10 minutes maximum, I decided to go ahead and pay and wait the 5ish minutes. And no one has come to apologize for the extended delay. In the business's defense this is the first time I've seen this happen. Still not happy about it.
