Paid $20 for a platinum wash and might have gotten the basic wash, there was still bugs on the front bumper and the tailgate looked like It didn’t get a drop of water on it. Every time it gets worse

I was at the judge Ely Abilene Texas location on Friday. I have a membership and have been here numerous times over the years. Something on the tracks happened and I hit the car in front of me. Then it paused me. A worker (who was very kind) kept telling me to go in neutral but I was in neutral. If finally let me out. The manager said they could prove if my car was in neutral. I've now had my vehicle damaged by this location twice. The first time, getting any kind of resolution has been like pulling teeth; but they eventually covered the damage. The second time is proving to be the same scenario. They pack vehicles in so close together on their conveyor belt that if the driver in front of you makes any mistakes, there's no possible way for the staff to be able to react. I have used them before and lock the wash this Sunday had a kid come up and stop me in about the middle of the wash and made me back out because I had stuff in the back of the bed spare tire jug of liquid secured and he told me that they’re not allowed anything in back of a truck told him that I’ve been through here before with the same stuff but he was young and trying to make a statementTold him he needed some more people skills but I backed out anyway and nearly damaged my $300 piece tires and I told him I would never be ... read more
