This carwash has shut down the restrooms for paying customers because they are too damn lazy to keep them clean. This place sucks!

I have been going to Mr. car wash for several years. No matter what location I go to my car is nice and clean. However, every single time… Without fail… They do not clean the inside of the rear window. When I ask about it they say oh I’m sorry and they quickly clean it. I have spoke with the manager at one And he said he will make sure to talk to the workers, but nothing has changed.

Do not sign up! Consider this your warning! Emailed and left a VM on 8/29/23 to cancel my membership. No response or follow-up from Mister Car Wash. Charged my card again for September. Called and waited on hold for 21+ minutes, never an answer. They make it next to impossible to cancel. They make you call an 866 number that is never answered. If you take your car there to wash it will be scratched and paint will be worn out at the high impact point areas where the brushes hit the car: above doors frame, sides of the windshield frame, car roof, back side, sides of the car body and front grill/ car hood. Company will pretend to investigate and then tell you they won't pay for any damage. They are scum. Stay away from Mister Car wash, go to a touchless car wash.

Extremely disappointed that the Ephrata location got rid of the interior cleaning option. They used to do a really good job. I've tried using Mr. Car Wash, on Manheim Pike, multiple times now and each time is a very poor result. I get the ultimate package with the inside clean option. You have to literally specify to the attendant that the wheel wells need pressure washed to get the excess dirt/mud off. As if it wasn't obvious in itself. I’m upset with Mister car wash they messed up my dashboard it’s totally black now it have some kind of white color like if it’s bleach. My car is a new 2023 B.M.W. Electric and now I have to leave work to go deal with incompetent

I have used Mister for a while and on a recent visit my windshield came out of the wash with a crack. A claim was immediatly placed by the manager on duty - Ben Vance. He said they will review the video footage to see when the windshield cracked. I received a phone call the following day. I called back and went in to see the video. There is only one camera that shows the car exiting the carwash and the resolution is not high enough to see damage. This is a very unethical business. I paid for an unlimited membership for a few months and when I canceled it they sent me a cancelation confirmation email so I thought all was good. But I kept seeing a $29.99 charge on my bank account for MCW#43, but it took me a while to Google it. And come to find out, it was Mister Car Wash still charging my account every month for 6 months after the cancelation. They refused to give me more than 3 months' refund.
