STAY AWAY - Wish I could give them no stars. The car wash ripped off my antenna. Attendant said they would take care of damage. Manager called later and said it is their policy to not fix damage.
I have gone to the Rochester, MN car wash on 41st ever since they opened. I find that the people are friendly and work hard. I do have a complaint though. In the past, when I first would take the car into the wash, the employee would spray the car with bug spray and then use a long handle brush to scrub off dead bugs. I have noticed the last few times I have gone through the wash, they no longer use the brush to clean off the bugs. Because of that, there are always bugs still on my windshield. Can I give ZERO stars? This place will rip you off. My 16 year old daughter just went today for her first car wash. She came home and said she was charged $26! They totally took advantage of a young girl, and a new driver. She said the only option she was given was for $26 and $32. Yes, we are working with her on how NOT to get ripped off and how to say no. Super weird and bad experience. The customer service person here on 280 location was extremely rude to me today. Not sure why but she seemed very put out by the fact I was paying with a gift card (given to me by daughter for Christmas b/c she knows how often i get my car washed) The card apparently only had $29 left on it. I drove in one side of the car wash and then drove out the other side my window blew out and glass was everywhere. I talked to the manager and despite seeming pretty cut and dry he denied any claim. Additionally and more interesting is that I asked to see a video and all he could provide was one outside of the building when the window finally shattered. Awful, don't waste your money. Paid $ 23.00 and after having it washed, was expecting they would dry and vacuum. Knocked on the office door and was informed that the Sanford location is wash only. Was informed, " $ 23.00 is for the Chemicals and self service vacuum area "
Prior to the Mr Carwash takeover, things were great. There was free coffee, clean restrooms, excellent service. Now there's no coffee, no restrooms, no service. The other Mr Carwash locations still provide excellent service. The 15200 Palmdale Rd location sucks.
