I took my 10 day old, brand new car in for a simple car wash. The car wash tore off my license plate cover and bent my license plate. I had a claim filed and photos taken by the assistant manager that same day. 5/11/21. Today is 6/23/21 and I'm still waiting to hear from them. I call every week to repeat my story and all I hear is the same thing, "we're so sorry, a manager will call you within 24-48 hours". They are liars. Do not trust your vehicle with them, especially not a new vehicle. :(
