They really suck ass the customer service was terrible. My car smelt like feet after. Disgusting. They deserve a dock in pay.
I traveled to Cedar Rapids for sports and went to wash my car at 7pm, they were closed. This is more than ridiculous. I had a membership for Mister car wash in Urbandale and they close at 8pm and do an outstanding job. Cedar Rapids Mister car wash is dropping the ball and should look at who they have making decisions and reevaluate
This location is horrible for customer service. The staff that works at this specific location are not friendly. Unfortunately, I felt this way for quite a while and it’s taking me almost a year to do a bad review. Mister Car Wash has a couple other locations here in Cedar Rapids and they're absolutely wonderful. It is just this specific location. They are absolutely horrible. I would not recommend the Northland location.

Great place to get your vehicle cleaned. Friendly staff and a great area to wait while your car gets some TLC. Unlimited washes keep all our vehicles looking good!!
