Worst car wash ever. Twice the cost of others and my car isn't clean. And the vacuums are a total joke! When my husband told an employee that the vacuums weren't working, the employee's response was, "are you sure?" Um, yes, I'm very sure that my truck's carpet is still filthy because your vacuums are horrible. 😡
the car gets washed, but the dry time is maybe 8 or 10 seconds.
I went through the car wash in South Jordan #526 and my truck came out covered with a film. I waited a day to see if it was the result of the weather and condensation, but it is still coated. I've called several times over the last 4 days, they do not answer the phone, nor do they return the call in response to my voice mail. I would NOT recommend anyone take their vehicle through this wash.
I’ve never been able to say that my car came out dirtier than it went in. �
I am very disappointed today. I came out of the wash to find my back bumper had been tugged off on the drivers side. I also found a piece of red sponge in my front quarter panel. I thought it was just a screw or 2 came out but when I got home found out that all 12 screws had been broken off. It was fine the hour prior when I loaded boxes into the back. I am now hesitant to go back at all. I can't afford a new bumper. I didn't know who to bring it up to and now I can't get ahold of anyone at your location. I did take a pictur... read more

I don't normally post reviews, but I went here faithfully once a week all last summer and I'm not sure what changed but I started noticing there were still spots on my car after buying the $16 wash, not water spots but actual soap, and the vacuums started to not work so well, so I didn't go back. Today, I decided to try it one more time and felt like crying when I saw I was entering the dry cycle and saw soap all over the windshield.... and then when I got out to vacuum I could see that my $16 wash didn't even get the bird p... read more
