During an interior detail, the store damaged my stereo beyond repair. After not hearing from them for several days, I called the store and they asked me to come in so they could inspect the stereo and fill out paperwork that should have already been done. A week after the incident, the store contacted me and said that they would not be replacing or compensating me for damage that they admit occurred during their service. I was not offered any recourse or even a refund.
These guys are good and they are honest. They returned two 20 dollar bills that had been lost (they were under a seat) and another time a Visa card that had slipped out of my billfold. Car is always spotless and the service is fast.
I moved to the Potomac area of Houston about 2 years ago. I religiously have been going to this location during my lunch break 3-4 times during the week and getting my shoes shined, my tank filled, and my car detailed. It was very fitting for my schedule and I finally found a place that could cater to my every need. On the weekends I generally take my mothers car to have it also filled and detailed. I have been using the Mr Car Wash in Cedar Park since it was open and have been happy with my experience there until today. Today changed that. My passenger side mirror broke in the car wash. I reported it to the supervisor who then insisted the mirror was broken prior to my arrival. The mirror now swings freely. Prior to my arrival at the car wash I had driven up Mopac and Hwy 183 at high rates of speed and the mirror functioned properly. It now swings freely. The most dishonest business practice I have ever been victim of.
