Missy and her team were amazing sales agents for our Pacific Heights home in 2024. Everyone at the firm is professional, prompt, knowledgeable and cheerful. What was the best part of what can be a very stressful process is that they listen and collaborate. This was true on staging, pricing, and negotiating with the buyers. Missy, Taylor, Rachel, and Victoria did an amazing job getting my property ready for sale and keeping me calm! They made what could have been very overwhelming very simple. While the market isn't predictable, as they helped me see, we realized 11% over asking. They also helped me through thinking through bids that came in before the property was listed, one of which I accepted. From my perspective, they earned every dollar of their commission!
