This agent is not only unprofessional, she is incorrect. She accused me of discouraging potential buyers for a piece of wetland property across the street from me, when the truth is that it is an overpriced lot, and buyers who do their due diligence would question wether it is even buildable. There are two wetlands on it and it is unlikely that an access road or a septic system could be installed, but that is the potential buyer’s problem.
