Online at MSU website and their Facebook page says their hours on Saturday are noon-4pm. when in fact they aren't open. I drove an hour to find this out. There were several families and students outside that wasn't very happy either. 2 claimed they called a few days ago and was told they would be open regular hours.
Although, I spent a lot of money at the bookstore, I graduated from Mo State U in 1969!
Bad service. Dont know when they will have books needed. They said a couple of weeks. How am I suppose to do homework. My professor said they was glitch on their end and had over 200 hundred books. Explained to the girl that situation and they dont even bother to check. They need to sharpen up on their customer service skills and be prepared to have books in stock. This is a ridiculous.
They honestly have all the latest styles and fashions for both men and women all for all the M.S.U. Bears Fans, Students, and Athletes !!! Can't beat it !!!
