I showed up at 8:10 for an 8 appointment. I was told that the doctor we get to me as soon as possible. I waited until 10 when a nurse walked in the room and said the doctor would be with me shortly. I asked her if I could get an x-ray that I was supposed to have while I was waiting. 3 minutes later an x-ray technician came in took x-rays brought me back to my room, and it is now 10:57 and I still have not seen the doctor. After dealing with hip pain for years and going to four different doctors to seek treatment, a dear friend of mine recommended Dr. Crist. My daughter had an MRI 3 days ago on her foot. They told us they'd call us for sure by the next day with results. I have now called 4 times! 1 of those times was to tell them she is having increased pain and having new issues. My calls have not been returned. I'm infuriated!
