MOI I highly recommend! Coming from the nursing field & from Clinical Research I felt like family not just a "patient" & they treat you with the upmost respect & truly get to know you & want to do their best to help you with your medical conditions!
Dr. Ma and his assistant Trina did an amazing job of reconstruction my ACL in April. It has not been an easy recovery but they have been amazing and supportive. When I had intense pain two weeks later, Dr. Ma made sure to check for blood clots even though I was at a very low risk. Good thing he did because I had more than one. He even visited me in University Hospital after work around 7 p.m. to call my parents and help explain what was happening. Could not recommend them more. I had outpatient surgery on July 6th. I had an excellent experience. Very polite and very thorough. Dr. Fiala and all the staff were and continue to be wonderful. I would definitely recommend University Orthopedics. Had a 2nd surgery on May 22nd same Dr. and much of the same staff. I was just as pleased the 2nd time around.
I love Dr.Ma!!!! Was very good at explaining what was going on with my knee. He also had a lovely bedside manor and I liked the fact that he tried going the less expensive way first! He didn't want me to have to pay for any unnecessary test.
Great staff and very caring. Took very good care of me during surgery.
Great facility. Extremely courteous personal, from the janitor to the Physicians .
My 12 yr old has had 2 appts so far and all the staff and her Dr were excellent our only complaint is the waiting areas outside the clinic area was dirty and people were packed in there so tight. Nice building but alot of wasted space that could have better use like larger waiting areas. Thankful her Dr and nurses get you in quickly .
They tell me the truth on what's wrong with me I love them there nice people!!!
