Its hard to believe but the yard waste drop off site was run better by the city. They no longer have a place to attach a rope and as of the end of the month will no longer use the loader to unload your brush. I can understand the loader uses Fuel and has liability issues but the concrete blocks cost them absolutely nothing to have and allowed people to unload quicker thereby reducing congestion
