The office called and asked if we could move up my child’s appointment, so I made sure they would be done in a timely manner because my son has therapy after, they assured me we would be out in time. We showed up early, they said they could take her back because the prior patient was a no call no show. Well, we waited for 20 minutes, nothing. I had a cavity taken care of, they numbed by tooth of course but not enough and when i told them it hurt their reply was "it doesn't hurt" and so I just had to sit through the pain

Can’t go back with your kids, you’ll have to wait in the waiting room. My 8 year old complained of his teeth hurting for days after his cleaning, when we were told there were no areas of concern. Parents should be able to at least sit in the room, & be included in their kids oral health. We have since then transferred to another dentist, best decision we made!
nothing professional, I took my children there because I have no other options, my son needs oral surgery, and his dentist is supposed to send me to a surgeon and they send the information of what he needs, they told me that they did not have to look for a surgeon, that I should look for it myself and when I already had everything ready for a new dentist and surgeon, they did not want to pass the information to the new dentist.
