They are insanely unprofessional.
The office called and asked if we could move up my child’s appointment, so I made sure they would be done in a timely manner because my son has therapy after, they assured me we would be out in time. We showed up early, they said they could take her back because the prior patient was a no call no show. Well, we waited for 20 minutes, nothing.
