Always fast! Always professional! Always kind!
Not impressed! Had an appointment for what was to be a root canal. They took X-Rays, then sat me in a chair. After a while, the Doctor came in, poked at the subject tooth in my mouth, then told me there would be no root canal on that tooth. Must be extracted. No proof whatsoever. Just "my years of experience" he said. Did not offer to show me why on any of the X-Rays. I asked why my dentist said I needed a root canal and he said "Good Question". No one told be I would only be getting an exam, that ended up costing me $192.00... read more
I had my first root canal today and it went better than I ever could have imagined. I have horrible anxiety and was almost sick over the appointment because of terrible stories online. The doctor did AMAZING, he had great bed side manor, was so kind and comforting, answered all my questions, and even joked around to make me less anxious. Outstanding customer service from Michelle and her team at the front desk. Dr. Erick Jansson is incredibly skilled and will take the best care of you possible. He may even make you laugh while experiencing something that is not pleasant to help the mind. Would rate 6 stars if possible. Michelle even took a look at my good dog I had in my car while I was being treated to make sure she was ok. If you need a dental expert, Erick is your man!
