The front desk staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional, and I truly appreciated their positive attitude. Unfortunately, my experience with the physician was disappointing. I scheduled a routine wellness visit to establish care, but I did not feel that the appointment was thorough or patient-centered.
