We haven't been in the office yet, but Dr. Rodriguez and his nurse practitioner Lee have been beyond amazing these last few days since my son broke his leg. I could not have asked for better care for him. They have been patient with us, and have gone above and beyond to make sure my son is as comfortable as possible.
All the staff was fabulous, went in with a concussion and found out I had several other issues. Was going great till the admitting girl Came around and wanted $500.00 for copay. Well needless to say i was ready to leave. When u aren't feeling well that's the last thing u need to hear is I need your money. GRRRRRRRR.
