Had both excellent and horrific experiences so dramatic in spectrums I can't begin to describe. Orthopedic physicians were AWESOME with their personal one-on-one care and made sure that the situations were contained, rectified, and dealt with immediately. The majority of the staff (trauma/surgical/recovery/post op care)was courteous and helpful, unfortunately I cannot say the same for the staff in SDS.
