We went by the Smiley Lane location yesterday for my son to get a check cashed and to withdraw cash from his account and they have no customer service (video tellers) on Saturdays until further notice. We live in a small town and have a local bank with much better customer service, and yes, real live human customer service reps at the drive thru on Saturdays. MCU has certainly decreased in customer service the past couple of years.
