I have an issue, They refuse to talk to me or let me know what’s going on.
My family does not and has never had an account with these people. They called my grandma asking for information on two kids we’ve never heard of saying they were her kids. When I called to let them know the number was wrong and these kids were not hers, the lady kept pushing me for my personal information and even told me she was going to transfer me to the fire department because I HAVE to give her my name.
