I highly recommend Mississippi Valley Surgery Center. Everyone—from the nurses to the anesthesiologist to Dr. Dolphin—was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. For over three months I lived with constant, excruciating pain from a bulging disc that ended up rupturing. I don’t even know where to begin. My child had a surgery here and when we got the estimate bill so that we could pay the patients estimated responsability amount I realized it was wrong. We recieved a bill for a cataract surgery when my child was getting tubes in her ears so I had to call them only to get a new billing statement that was also incorrect… they finally sent me the right billing procedure and I payed but called them to verify that they had the correct procedure registered online. I called twice the day before to try and get an arrival time. No one called me back. Thankfully I am in the medical field and knew to hold foods and drinks after midnight for my son’s tubes the next day. I called at 6am and asked when we should arrive as we live 1hr away. She said you have to be here at 8AM. She said “no one called you huh? Then said she called all her patients and put an incial on her sheets she called..” We had to rush out the door to make our appointment.
