Very unfriendly staff and their ability to aim at the vein was very bad. They had to stick both of my arms. Even the “regional” manager was unfriendly. Never coming back.
Livid doesn’t even begin to describe it. My husband frequently donates blood at Impact Life and went today under the instruction of his physician. He has great veins, I was previously in the medical field and I used to draw blood, I understand veins. This should have been an easy donation. He encountered complete incompetence today.
