The staff seems professional but different staff members demonstrate different practices during the donation protocols practice especially during the intake confirmation part when checking in.

Always have a great experience here, everyone is friendly and helpful. They offer great perks for blood donations. This is my goto spot for donating, it's quick and easy.
After finding out that I couldn't donate any kind of blood products for over 112 days I decided to only donate a single blood amount on my Previously scheduled July 11th KSHE event. I chose to donate the PLATLETTES again on June 1st. SOMEONE decided to schedule me to give NOT only the platelets but my plasma and whole blood at the same time. I didn't notice the difference.
