As a mental health professional in the area, supporting clients in getting reasonable accommodations to support their well being at medical offices can be a large hurdle. I have had a wonderful experience when working with MV on making accommodations possible for clients who have existing medical trauma. I would consider this organization to be very trauma informed and that is incredibly hard to come by. I would recommend services here!
I had nothing but a great experience from start to finish during my colonoscopy procedure. From the front desk staff to the nurses both before and after the procedure, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive. The doctors and anesthesiologist were amazing and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. The experience was lackluster. Overscheduling creates an anxious environment due to extended wait times in pre-op. Doctor was uninformed on individual patient cases before interaction. Nursing staff made one patient wait 2 hours for having a sip off fluids prior to exam while taking back another patient who admitted to the same circumstance. As a doctor myself, I found the protocols alarming.
