We lived in Louisiana all our lives and since the kids are on there own now the wife and I decided to build our retirement home in Carriere. When I contacted Mississippi Power they were absolutely as nice, cooperative, and helpful as they could be I read all the negative comments and I just don’t see it.
Terrible customer service. These people and their monopoly could give a butterfly's behind about the people in their own community. God forbid you need a little assistance after being slapped with a deposit. Awful company ran and employed by terrible people. It's truly disgusting how this company is allowed to trample all over the human rights of the citizens here. It's criminal, they should all be ashamed of themselves.
