We have Mississippi power. Inevitably, the neighbor does too. They came to service their new house that is under construction and we own two of the lots bordering the new house is progress. Mississippi Power took it upon themselves to drive across our property, right in the middle. Upon doing this they broke the underground wires for the lawnmower.
